NAUI Dry-Suit Certification Course
​
The Dry Suit Diver course will give you a basic knowledge and specific skills needed to minimize risks and gain experience in dry suit diving, as well as train you to properly use and maintain your dry suit.
​
The course will consist of:

2.5 hour classroom session
-
2.5 hours pool
-
3.0 hours open water
Pre-requisite:
-
NAUI basic Scuba Diver certification or the equivalent
Upon completion, dry-suit divers will be well versed in the proper techniques of using a dry-suit underwater and proper care of a dry-suit.
The course objective is to provide the diver with a basic understanding of the knowledge and skills needed to minimize risks and gain experience in dry suit diving. You will learn to properly use and maintain dry suits.
Some of the topics included are drysuit types, styles, function, maintenance, managing buoyancy, common use problems and addressing problems with valves and other components.
